2. Revisions

Upon commencing work, clients are entitled to three (3) revisions of their website design and content. Revisions are limited to modifications and adjustments of the initially provided content and design.

3. Communication and Support

Our staff will actively communicate with clients to address and resolve any concerns. We are committed to providing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. For any support or assistance, please email us at [email protected].

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and any necessary content for the website. Delays in feedback or content provision may impact the project timeline.

5. Refund Policy

Our primary goal is to deliver results that meet client expectations. In the event that a client is still unsatisfied after three (3) revisions, the following refund policy applies:

- We will refund 50% of the setup fee to compensate for our time and efforts.

- The client will receive the funnel we have built up to that point.

Refunds will only be processed after a thorough review and confirmation of the dissatisfaction. The refund policy does not cover any additional services or third-party fees.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before completion, no refund will be provided for the services rendered up to the point of termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the website, including design, content, and code, remain the property of Magnus Impulsus until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Magnus Impulsus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Website Builders Package.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magnus Impulsus operates.

10. Amendments

Magnus Impulsus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
